Benefit package at the time was great, progressive department and caring leadership at the department level .

There is a huge gap between what is put forward when words vs actual reality . If you value front line staff and managers - show it . When your dsp makes 15x less than the ceos annual salary it’s hard to believe that front line staff are respected . Management tolerated bad behavior at the executive level that is not only hypocritical but toxic to the work environment but also takes time and energy from the actual work of supporting people with disabilities .
