      Pros

      Innovative product., talented people and good benefits.

      Cons

      Long hours, unrealistic workload with the tools and resources provided. Materials and Order management system using technology from the 1980's. Senior and middle management suffers from a case of "the emperor's new clothes" syndrome- internally the company operates just above the threshold of total chaos / collapse and individuals in management only care to protect themselves rather than make the changes that would improve workflow and efficiency resuting in exponentially increased revenue.

      Good pay for the work, steady hours, and an opportunity to learn new skills. Most coworkers are helpful and the job provides consistent income.

      Communication could be better, training can be inconsistent, and the workload can be stressful at times depending on the shift.

      There are some really good rank and file people here in customer service, sales and production.

      Poor leadership and direction, declining pay and morale. Terrible product development - a day late and a dollar short.
