Hours Hours Hours. So, the WL division is based on Chrysler hours. Ok, I can live with that but what I can’t live with is while Chrysler has 3 eight hour shifts, YANFENG has only 2 twelve hour shifts. So, you work 4 pm to 4 am Mon-Fri, 6 hours Sat and 6 hours Sun. Yep that’s right 72 hours while management doesn’t even hit 40!!
