Frequent manager rotation/turnover is sometimes stressful

The people are great! Half day Fridays and random days off throughout the year.

C suite has changed and made the organization awful. Culture is dead, everyone is unhappy. Pay increases get smaller every year and Louisville campus is treated differently than others. Future threat of relocation to TX.
