Cramped work spaces. Management more worried about hurting feelings than ensuring cohesive work environment. Needs to invest in quality equipment. Stresses diversity to the point where it's clear that it supercedes talent. Lots of "at work" social justice talk, though it's hard to take anyone serious when you start to look at the clients they support.
