Pros

Those doing the hard work were great to work with. Also a great place to work if you like being gaslit, thrive on failed promises, and feel joy being guilted into working, donating to causes you don't believe in, and being endlessly criticized by the culture police (DE&I). You may think you appreciate their brand of inclusion until it's wielded as a weapon against you.

Cons

The list is too long. The punchline is a culture of power-wielding with few-to-no promotions, no raises (unless you threaten to quit, and even then), no bonuses; "you get an extra 30 days off every 5 years" which just allows the CEO to go to Mt. Kilimanjaro, but doesn't apply to anyone else because of the panic senior management induces. You won't get to come up with ideas, you just do what you're told, even if it's admittedly a bad idea. Senior management has no clue what they're doing for the actual work, especially in product and engineering, but truck forward lying about their experience and ability to predict a good outcome, which—big shocker—they never did.
