Cool Company, average job - Systems Integration Engineer Zebra Technologies Employee Review

Work life balance for me was not very good. A lot of weeks we were asked to work 70+ hours as salary and that meant my hourly wage was close to 8 dollars an hour. The team I was on was also extremely hostile and not willing to train new people. They guarded their knowledge like their life depended on it and my project manager was not a good person overall making the job very uncomfortable.
