Long history of adding value to various fields using their technologies

Cons

More importance is placed on management demands rather than customer expectations. Employees are seen as a production resource that should be maximized to increase profits rather than human beings who have lives outside of work.

Great PTO and health insurance

Cons

Work life balance for me was not very good. A lot of weeks we were asked to work 70+ hours as salary and that meant my hourly wage was close to 8 dollars an hour. The team I was on was also extremely hostile and not willing to train new people. They guarded their knowledge like their life depended on it and my project manager was not a good person overall making the job very uncomfortable.
