Ok - Client Policy Zelis Employee Review

I 've been with Zelis for more than 3 years, and it's been a great place to build a career. One of the biggest benefits is the flexibility. Working remotely has allowed me to maintain a healthy work-life balance, which is incredibly important because my family is my top priority. I've always felt trusted to manage my work while still being present for the moments that matter most outside of work. The company has created an environment where employees are empowered to do their jobs without unnecessary micromanagement. Leadership encourages collaboration, and I've had opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute in meaningful ways. The culture is supportive, and I've enjoyed working alongside talented colleagues who genuinely care about helping each other succeed.

Like any growing organization, there are times when processes and priorities change, which can take some adjustment. Clear communication during periods of change is always appreciated, but overall, these have been manageable and haven't taken away from my positive experience.

Co-workers most are great and fun to work with. PTO and Holiday schedule are helpful for a work/life balance

Management of the IT Staff is struggling. New management has come in and is pitting staff against each other and throwing so many new demands out no-one even knows what they are supposed to be doing.
