Pros

Sweet benefits (I personally loved the $$ "fitness"/do whatever monthly stipend). Big clients. Amazing projects. Yes, it's all true. Zeno is also making great strides during COVID-19. Each practice/the agency has come together to provide everything employees need to feel connected and able to execute existing workstreams in what is probably the most challenging time in agency history. Their commitment to diversity seems earnest and true. Not a ton of micromanagement and freedom to be an adult (take PTO, go to appt with late notice, etc)

Cons

However, I cannot say this any other way - I was underhired and taken advantage of until I had enough and got out. While experience is great, we work for compensation. It's really embarrassing to watch industry colleagues move forward year after year - not to mention a horrible reflection of your value to the company in front of the clients you work with. Culture of ingratitude within certain practices - let me just say it, it's Healthcare - which ensures teams completely recycle every 2-3 years.

Pros

Supportive manager, great work environment. Good work life balance which is not common in medium-large agencies. Highly recommend for interns.

Cons

Has the expectation to handle office administrative tasks which were not included in the JD.

Pros

Good foundational PR experience with opportunity to work on cool brands and focus on specific areas of business. There's great work in the pipeline and senior leadership is laying the groundwork for expanded capabilities across practices. Plenty of learning and development opportunities throughout tenure and internal tools to grow professional skills.

Cons

Terrible work culture and some middle managers who are self-concerned/not invested in supporting young talent. Junior employees are overworked and underpaid. Did not feel set up for success in my role and felt there was a lot of favoritism within the company.
