Optimistic for the road ahead - Anonymous employee Zift Solutions Employee Review

We were acquired by Zift Solutions and after getting over the initial shock (!), I am optimistic about where we will go from here. I have had the chance to interact with all of the Zift executives and so far I like what I see. They are thoughtful about their decisions and ultimately just want to do the right thing and have a strong business. They seek feedback from employees and apply that feedback to their final decision. I haven't had a chance to meet all of the employees yet, but the ones I've met so far have welcomed me with open arms.
