Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We really appreciate your feedback. Glad to hear you have experienced good leadership and a solid financial opportunity in the Zillow Premier Agent business. We work hard to put together compelling and challenging financial opportunities for our sales team. The team is also working hard in the area of leadership development so we can continue to build a world class leadership team that delivers best in class experiences. Thank you for raising the flexibility concern. We very much believe the sales organization, the entire team for that matter, is served best in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Being together, in office, building a business as a collective unit really fosters the environment we are trying to create. I am certainly open to feedback regarding how we can appropriately add some flexibility to that experience. Lastly, Zillow Group is a high growth organization and with that growth comes lots of change. It can be difficult at times, yes, but that is also what makes the challenge fun. If you have further feedback you wish to share, feel free to connect with me on Slack or pull me aside when I am in your office. Thank you again for the review. Steve Capezza - Vice President, Zillow Premier Agent Sales

Pros

Very collaborative team, encouraging team members and managers. Great experience overall.

Cons

Because most people work remote, sometimes it can be hard to meet immediately to chat.

Pros

Generally the people I work with are great. They are supportive, creative, and work well as a team. Work-life balance is good, although some teams have more on-call than others.

Cons

- Senior leadership has determined that inflation need not be a factor when calculating raises. - Also, we're having record profitability! But also money is very tight and we all need to tighten our belts. - Our stock is down 50% this year, but you all need to suck it up, even though stock is a huge part of pay. - We don't care that you are getting a 30% effective pay cut this year. - Performance ratings are calculated on vibes before reviews are actually written. - We've started outsourcing heavily to Mexico and India. - "We need to raise the bar" ("Please work harder for the same pay") - Health benefits have eroded for several years. - Other benefits have never been adjusted for inflation. - AI is becoming like a cult. We've actually been told that the dream is to never open a code editor again, despite the technology not being remotely ready for that (and with no proof that it is less expensive or saves time).
