Promises from new leadership are proven false as they fail to develop existing staff and fire existing staff to make way for their friends in the industry. They develop those they bring on and ignore those who are here. Now you may think that's good for someone joining the company but remember, once you're here you're no longer new.
They don't take care of customers, running old worn out sites with broken equipment. To avoid down time they tie up brushes and duct tape oil leaks and keep washing cars anyway leaving customers with a poor quality of wash.
They yell at district and site managers and berate them if they don't get enough memberships or con customers into getting a more expensive wash.
