Pros

Only thing good about zips was my regular customers

Cons

Got fired because corporate accused me of being a liability and hot head there was things that went on there that they could be sued for like a metal spike hitting me in the eye and they laughed the district put in that I had self-care but I didn't I have to take head ache medicine now everyday because of it corporate listens to the customers instead of the employees I have enough to proceed forward without it being retaliation because I have let companies walk all over me not no more I have zips almost 2 years just for these customers to get me fired and corporate assuming that I'm a liability and a hot head which can mean a lot and legal terms I've had PTSD I've been diagnosed with it but zips has made it worse sorry zips I'm not keeping my mouth shut this time, it's time I stood up for myself.

Upper management doesn’t listen to a dang thing until it’s too late. They know it too and just choose to ignore it
