Pros

HR improvements to build company wide teamwork. Flexibility in workday schedule. Backed by multi-billion dollar parent company. Department lunches.

Cons

50 - 60+ hour weeks for the department the norm with multiple requests for additional help denied. Manager more interested in promoting her personal agenda than working for good of team. Executives and managers don't communicate to each other or departments. Underpaid - 100% of people (including those with decades of experience) in department paid below company average and below St. Louis market average for position. No discernible corporate vision.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We are committed to the development of our employees and appreciate that you believe we have made significant improvements over the years. We are continuously working to improve corporate wide communication with a focus on sharing the company vision. We are sorry you were disappointed in your pay and felt overworked. We have a current initiative to look into staffing levels and will continue to do in-depth evaluations of our compensation and benefits packages in comparison to other employers in our area as well as industry to ensure they are fair. We are also working on developing a Management training program. We encourage you to contact us directly with additional details so that we can quickly address specific areas for improvement.
