It is a fantastic process with a lot of opportunities to improve. Unique technology and a lot to understand.

Cons

The division of carbon fiber production at the mexico plant was a very disappointing experience due to the lack of team work values inside the department. It was like a family company, led by a single person rather than a transnational enterprise.
