Pros
- Currently helping set-up the EMEA side of our Sales Development function - a seriously good opportunity to help expand a post IPO SAAS firm into Europe. - Fantastic support from leadership - Internal promotions - I am one of the only external hires in the SDR leadership team. - Growing rapidly with new offices - Well paid!!
Cons
- Sales process differs from previous roles which can at times lead to 'over-selling' to prospects. - No assigned accounts as an SDR which means everyone is battling for the best leads - this creates a healthy competiveness but can also see some SDR's miss out when they do a lot of the ground work.
