Pros
Zoominfo has, hands down, the best culture of any company I've ever worked for. "Everyone says culture"... I know I know, but it's real. Zoominfo's culture is highly competitive to reach TEAM goals on sales teams. Collaboration and support from your teammates, and overwhelming amount of celebration when teammates succeed are commonplace here, it's amazing. The pay: It's good. I've (almost) tripled my income in under 2 years. The flexibility: I had a sick child that I spent 6 weeks with, 3 of which in the hospital. Never once did Zoominfo make me feel like I was putting my employment at risk, or future promotions. The opportunities: I've been with the company for under 2 years and I've been promoted multiple times. From Inbound SDR, to Outbound SDR, to emerging products SDR, to Team Lead, to Manager. This career trajectory is simply not possible at my former companies. Tech Stack: We are provided so many tools and apps to make our jobs easier that sometimes it's hard to keep up.
Cons
Not necessarily a con, it is for some people so I'll list it. We work HARD. Our leaders push us to get better every month, year, quarter. Targets go up, it gets stressful sometimes. If you want to hit your quota and then take the rest of the month off, this isn't the place for you.
