      Pros

      I have been with Zoox for a couple of years now and at least in the team I have been working with, people are nice and there are opportunities for growth. My manager makes sure that I work on projects that I am interested in and the type of problems we are solving are very exciting.

      Cons

      Things don't always go as planned and some infrastructure issues hearts productivity. People are actively working to improve conditions but this is an area that makes me frustrated.

      Pros

      Best things in sequence - Food (breakfast, lunch, dinner), Very nice office environment, not high-pressure performance stress. I am very optimistic about their future.

      Cons

      Pay is on the lower side; most engineers are imported from Michigan - but still they say we are in Bay Area for the Talent lol. They don't always hire the best of the bunch - Interview is easy overall. Hiring friends/friends of friends might be a thing, who knows. Employee retention is an issue.
