Pros
- Great place to start your engineering career; lots of opportunities to learn and grow - Engineers get exposure to different discipline of engineering (SW, HW, etc) and encounter various problems and tackle them - Good working atmosphere with supportive colleagues
Cons
- The nature of the company and work schedule prompt engineers to multi-task and engage in perpetual "fire-fighting" mode - Although it's a public company, it feels like working in a scaled-down start-up - Management takes the team's commitment for product success for granted, always demanding work hours that are not necessary - Lack of engagement and discussion between management and engineers about product deadline and urgency
