Incompetent management and low morale - Production Zotefoams Employee Review

Management show blatant disregard for thier production staff who are often overworked with no appreciation or support from area or shift managers, morale is non existent. Shift pattern is a complex mix of 12 hour day and night shifts including every other weekend, you never get used to it.
