Management has no real experience. Managing attorney is awful, has forced 9 paralegals to quit within the last year alone, micromanages people making for a very uncomfortable work enviroment. Has explosive reactions and will lose his temper in the office, very unprofessional. Although the starting pay is decent, almost no raise at year review. Management has favorites and targets certain people, very unprofessional.
