Pros

Most of the staff can get away with coasting. The company works as an assembly line due to it's high volume so the job are unequally weighted. Many have minimal responsibilities and duties with robotic repetition. Excellent if you are starting your career or still attending school.

Cons

There is no opportunity for advancement. While the job duties are unequally dispersed the job titles remain the same. Everyone is expected to be treated as equals but they have ten times as much work than others with more responsibility. Management higher up the chain attempt to micromanage while simultaneously denying offices with sufficient staffing or resources necessary to meet standards. You only receive negative attention. You can work under voluminous work and oppressive deadlines and surpass exceptions going completely unnoticed. The moment you make a simple human error it will be blown out of proportion and will be held over your head for months. The hire ups will call their higher ups and the will call you and go on and on and on about a mistake.

Pros

A lot of hearings, but not the kind you get meaningful experience from

Cons

Horrible (mis)management. No mentorship. Senior level attorneys don't know how to practice law, just use the software system. It's a debt collection business that has a few attorneys bolted onto the side.
