Extremely expensive health insurance only affordable on an attorney's salary. Management does not like change and they don't have time to promote people. Once they teach you how do do something well, they don't want you to change. There was animosity in the group because some of us who worked extremely hard received raises and the lazy ones did not and they tried to get the hard workers in trouble. I received raises every year until a disgruntled employee was out to get me and harassed me so bad I could not longer do my job and had to leave. Management is very greedy and only care about there own needs and wants. The office environment is very unhealthy with too much noise, no A/C, and so much paper you can hardly breathe. Management does not have any formal management education and therefore they don't know what they are doing.
