Zwicker & Associates appreciates your feedback. We continually evaluate work / life balance of our employees to the needs of the firm. In doing so, I am pleased to share the schedule within the Collections Operations units are now Monday through Friday, Saturdays are no longer required. Any changes necessary to one's regular schedule, we try and provide ample notice to allow for planning. We continue to evaluate compensation to ensure individuals are competitively and properly compensated for their efforts.
