Pros

The hours are nice. 8-5 monday through friday. You get a paycheck....

Cons

About that paycheck, you won't be getting a raise. The company is constantly on freezing the bonuses and raises, even though they are taking on more clients work every month. The morale is extremely low and the turn over rate is extremely high. They are a high litigation firm that makes their employees work on free software that makes doing the job twice as hard as it should be. Overall, from managers to employees, nobody seems to actually like working there.
