You have the ability to work on your own and your not always micromanaged.

Cons

They like to put a lot of work on you. you have to tell you that you are overwhelmed quickly or they will keep giving you more work.

Pros

A lot of hearings, but not the kind you get meaningful experience from

Cons

Horrible (mis)management. No mentorship. Senior level attorneys don't know how to practice law, just use the software system. It's a debt collection business that has a few attorneys bolted onto the side.
