Good hours, half days fridays, possibility to bonus. If you can bonus it’s a step above a Burger King job, unless you include the mental toll it takes with the discrimination, then it’s equivalent to being broke and homeless
Cons
Your managers, director and HR all the way up the chain couldn’t care less about you or what you contribute or your existence. It is limited bonus despite what your told. They just cut your calls off. It’s a discriminatory work place to the fullest extent and your fed lies upon lies. Management gangs up on you in HR to discredit any issues you have, and HR never ever did anything to help an employee i knew or myself, actually HR wasn’t ever in office either tbh. If you wanna write up just ask for a raise HA. If 35k a year is the goal for you working 8 hour days, working until 7 when the AC in the office gets cut off at 5, and collecting 300k in a month for less than 2k in bonus BEFORE taxes, Zwicker is your dream job.
