Pros
The old pros were: catered lunches, holiday events but that was slowly phased away/
Cons
1. Low wages by industry standard 2. If you are not a scientist/researcher you will be treated poorly 3. Their motto "treat others how you want to be treated" is just a joke. There were some individuals that didn't go by that motto. 4. Lots of micromanagement from upper management 5. Your longevity in the company is purely based on politics and the whim of upper management. 6. Most of the promotions are from within the company and for those that have no background in the field that they are promoted to supervise. (not qualified) Verdict: If you are not in research then don't do it. There is no career growth here.
