-Really relaxed environment -Flexible working hours since no one really cares when you come in or leave -If you get into a good department then you'll get the CEO's praise
Cons
Literally find a better place to work... there is a review that says that you learn a lot from the working here... You learn what NOT to do. I think it's plain and simple: they like cheap labor and will cut all possible corners to get one thing which is money. It's obvious since the CEO and much of management just blabber away about how much money they are making from covid. I'm just surprised how none of their employees at the other building get absolutely no hipaa compliance training, or as a matter of fact ANY training or education when working in a diagnostics lab.
