1. The supervisors of this company and the HR guys are good at ignoring people; they just say I'm working on it and I'll get back to you, or just ignore all your messages and emails. 2. You have no drive or commitment in this company. The CEO and your supervisor put all the former employee's responsibility on your shoulders and expect more than you should. 3. Some people work so hard that they are exhausted, but some are just super lazy and hinder the efforts of others. Marketing people never do their job to get the customers. 4. people in this company are high-hat, how cooperative they are depends on your position and your popularity among managers.

They were very flexible with me when I had to take time off and supported the fact that I wanted to expand outside of what was in the job description. I was allowed to work on a marketing project and even started tech support training, which I couldn't finish because of the end of my employment.

Cons

Sometimes the work felt very repetitive in the role I was working.
