Pros

Many opportunities to work on innovative projects. My team members are talented and supportive.

Cons

Some old teams are sluggish and hard to work with (talking of cross-team projects). Bad HR management. A boss (who lacked technical knowledge) enforces multiple layers of reporting just to flex his power (and to slow the team down).

They were very flexible with me when I had to take time off and supported the fact that I wanted to expand outside of what was in the job description. I was allowed to work on a marketing project and even started tech support training, which I couldn't finish because of the end of my employment.

Cons

Sometimes the work felt very repetitive in the role I was working.
