Lot of focus on scale and quality Great attention on culture and people interaction Respect, equity and equality between all people absent of discrimination and context aware Direct leadership is always close and help career growth

Cons

Segregation between frontend, backend, DevOps and quality reduces the growth of hybrid skills. The fast growth of the company forced a lot of tech debt and the current system architecture has lots of limitations that impact on innovation and speed of development Culture shifted from startup to enterprise with abortion from ABInbev. Senior leadership shifted several times changing the direction of the company a lot of times, but seems to be more stable on the last half.
