They have a great mission; the CEO is a visionary; there are many in Senior Leadership who are true disruptors and innovators.
Cons
Internal Communications are lacking. Responses to feedback regarding questions and suggestions for improvement come across as tone deaf. HR is a bizarre rabbit hole of dysfunction and unprofessionalism. career advancement is uneven at best; some teams promote constantly; others are stagnating in a position for years, where the only option for advancement is to seek employment on another team. Tangible, meaningful benefits are subpar for a company in this sector of this size. Terrible Aetna health insurance plans, low 401k match, no match for charitable contributions, etc.
