Cons
I've worked here for 4 years, and it's amazing how much it's changed. I used to love going to work and look forward to it, and now I dread it. The changes in management have had significant negative impacts on the culture. Employees no longer feel valued. Our health insurance is terrible and the CEO has publicly stated that he has no intention of changing that. (Pretty bad for a health care company. If you have kids- you'll find yourself asking if they're really sick enough to go to the pediatrician) The fact that work was fun and collaborative used to make up for a lot, including the subpar benefits experience. Now? None of the bad things are changing and most of the positive things are. I'm looking for a new job.
