Rather than ethics and integrity its a game of a group dynamics for show instead of a true bond rooted in something more than social superiority, exclusivity, and indiscriminately drinking the Kool-aid because it pays your mortgage. Even when the facts suggest otherwise until that's borders on the absurd . This is a place that prefers to grease the wheels and follow the path of least resistance instead of doing the right thing.
