Dear former Mastermind, thank you for the feedback. The last 3 years have been a wild ride on our rocketship. We deeply care about the culture, product and success of Mastermind and while I do agree that we can always do a better job listening and be more collaborative, I challenge some of your other statements. The acceptance and success of our new product, Market EyeQ, has been better than we could have ever hoped for and we made a conscious decision to provide more value at our current offer level, to support our partners in a flattening market.
