Pros

*Exceptional Company Culture and Team Dynamics: The culture here is vibrant and supportive, fostering strong collaborations and genuine connections across all teams. Whether with my current colleagues or those I've worked with previously, the environment is always uplifting. I would still highly recommend this company to anyone seeking a positive workplace. *Competitive Compensation and Flexibility: The company not only offers good pay with annual raises but also provides invaluable flexibility. This balance greatly enhances job satisfaction and personal well-being, making it a truly rewarding place to work.

Pros

- High Impact work - Making a difference - Great People

Cons

- They expected me to work weekends sometimes (which I refused) A developer shouldn't be expected to work a weekend due to poor project management/planning.

Pros

I had some pretty great coworkers and made some friends I keep in touch with.

Cons

They're just a cog in the wheel to keep big pharma rolling, while disguised as some kind of change agent to help people achieve better health outcomes. They make their product for big players in the sickcare industry, not for end users. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and say I'm not claiming they even know this is what they're doing, but... they are. The actual product is the end user's data that is used to try to get them to take more meds, inject more vaccines, see more doctors, have more screenings - anything to keep the money pumping into the sickcare system. They're just serving the status quo system that is largely responsible for our population being sick as hell. Anyone who believes otherwise is unfortunately unaware of how just corrupt the sickcare industry is and probably eats pop tarts for breakfast before downing 5 prescription meds to start their day. Other than the product being a total dud with garbage UX (not from a lack of the UX team trying to improve it), leadership is highly ineffective. Before I spend any more energy on this post, let me just say that all the negative stuff you see in all the other reviews is unfortunately, but absolutely, true. If you really need a job and they offer you one, I get it. It could be worse. But don't be gaslit by this "we're making the world a better place" stuff.
