We also want to provide some clarity on the mention of layoffs. In our history we have had two layoffs that were tied to broader economic conditions, not continuous ones as suggested. Beyond that, our overall attrition has remained lower than the tech industry benchmark. We know it can feel unsettling when talented colleagues move on, but turnover at some level is normal, especially in tech where the pace of change is faster than ever in this AI-driven era. How we work, the technology we use, and the expectations of the industry continue to evolve, and we are navigating that change right alongside everyone else.
