Pros

Decent hourly rate for starting employees

Cons

no communication with managers, HR. no hiring within. lists jobs on website but then states they are broad. they are certainly not looking out for you. this is a company that due to its poor managment will fail. its no wonder companies do not seek them out for their companies needs.
