Pros

Great company to work for in that they take consideration of the employee. This is a rare trait for todays marketplace. Leadership is hands. Pay and benefits are excellent. The best company I have ever worked for remotely, hands down!!

Cons

Site training. Company would benefit with a shared desktop experience for training. Would be a simple fix with appropriate software.

Pros

Really excellent services spanning HIM - HCIT - Rev Cycle with a great differentiator of how they implement, people that care a great deal. Leaders are very invested in their employees.

Cons

Market is saturated, a creative marketing/strategy is needed to break into new markets.

Pros

Team members are great people to work with, very flexible schedule!

Cons

Never given raises, no benefits. I worked steady with Intellis since 2015 but since Intellis was bought by e-4 we now have constant downtime without work, weeks and months where we are put on hold with no communication.
