I appreciate your feedback regarding the lack of communication you received. Your insights are crucial in helping us identify and address areas for improvement. Recognition is an area that’s very important to me and I believe we can do better. We are aware of the growing demands our managers face to balance time with our team and our customers – it’s not easy-, and we acknowledge the importance of effective communication throughout our organization. We are consistently evaluating and providing additional resources, development and support to our team members including reviewing staffing, workload distribution and implementation of tools and processes to enhance communication.
