Pros

Most positions are remote. There are some good people here that are very smart.

Cons

If I could give a company 0 stars I would. This is the probably the most unprofessional company I've ever seen. Actually, this isn't a company, it's a frat masquerading as a company as who you drink with determines how you're treated - if you're not "friends" with the right people you have no potential for even work stability and completely inept people are promoted into management and stay there when they fail their teams and the company time and again. They have 90% turnover in the PMO - it's easy to see why, they claim unlimited PTO but penalize PMs who try to take off, they don't take time to properly train or onboard anyone and then throw them under the bus if a client complains. Mention anything about your workload being too much (like you're having trouble handling 8+ projects) and you're swiftly shown the door. Multiple PMs have been fired or fled in under a year with the company, often times just weeks after completing onboarding. Business development flat out lies to clients about what we can offer and sells things that don't exist and then it's left to the services team to try to deliver on a badly worded SOW. Management knowingly sets up people to fail (not training them, giving them impossible to deliver SOWs) then blames them when the client isn't 100% happy. Even outside the PMO, turnover is terrible - every week suddenly someone is gone because they had enough and quit or they got fired for whatever bs reason.

Pros

The benefits are great and some coworker are amazing.

Cons

• Extremely high turnover: During my tenure of over four years, the team experienced approximately 87% turnover, largely due to management challenges and lack of stability. • Lack of leadership consistency: I had four different managers within less than two years, which made it difficult to maintain continuity in expectations, professional development, and long-term career planning. • Limited advancement opportunities despite strong performance: Although promotions were repeatedly discussed during performance reviews, they never materialized. At the same time, my workload continued to increase significantly without appropriate title or compensation adjustments. • Unsustainable workload expectations: By the time I left the company, I was managing 17 projects simultaneously, including two new start-ups with extremely accelerated timelines. The typical implementation timeline for a single start-up is 8–12 weeks, yet these were expected to launch within 2–3 weeks, creating unrealistic expectations. • Excessive work hours and burnout: Due to the workload and compressed timelines, I was consistently working 60–70 hour weeks, leading to significant stress and burnout. • Management culture concerns: The management style I experienced was often unprofessional and included frequent negative discussions about colleagues during one-on-one meetings, which created a difficult and uncomfortable work environment. • Lack of meaningful recognition or compensation: Despite consistently taking on additional responsibilities and high project loads, recognition was often minimal and symbolic rather than aligned with the level of work being performed. They do not pay the going rate and are much lower!
