Pros

Smart, fun, hardworking, helpful, collaborative staff. Not far from Boston. Benefits are reasonable. Flexible schedule with home-based opportunities. Snacks.

Cons

In Professional Services, new staff aren't trained properly and then are thrown under the bus when the client is unhappy. Extremely high turnover rate especially in the past year as the company continues to grow. Not enough staff for the amount of work. Quality suffers.

Pros

Near Boston. Good medical field. Initially a cool decision but deceit and back-stabbing kicks in.

Cons

Unprofessional US upper management. Sketchy details on India operations and stability. May have challenges handling volume and delivering quality. Product is not that novel, anyone can do same with same reporting tools.

Pros

It has a small town friendly intimate feel. The product is good. The product team (not PS) is a good place to be.

Cons

There are so many. Starting from the Telugu bias, this start at the very very top. Professional services sucks so bad. There are never enough people. Those that are left are bled dry without any rewards or recognition. There is no career path for growth. The goal setting process is abysmal. It feels like PS is only there to feed the product team till the founders can sell the IP and rake it in while leaving the employees high and dry!
