Pros

Best thing is you get salary on time every month even though its a very small company, now that even more people are leaving it will be even better. Lots of plants on the floor (LOL). Good branding internally (but exxternally nobody know this company) [ROFL]. Managers do not bother you as they themselves dont know what work their respective teams deliver [he he]. Inexhaustive list of such pros but no one is a pro in this company.

Cons

They will use people and throw once work is done. Company is only bothered about revenue and profits. If company fails to bring business, people are let go, as and when the company wishes. Not enough projects from last two years, no learning opportunities. They have hired a reject and thrown out person as CDM India head and people for other departments which shows that they are struggling to bring talented people as no one wish to join this company, rather stay jobless. All the focus on their product (not liked by many clients) rather than people. Any blunders done by US employees is excusable but if it is an India employee its a punishable offence (with the recent incident, some of the US folks should have been thrown out, but it was okay for the company as they are US employees even though it was a major issue). No recognition and appreciation unless you are US employee. Salary hikes are lesser than any companies that exist around the world. Previous management was giving good salary atleast but new management saves hike money to decorate the VP cabin and the office. US VP babysitting the India VP is a shame. Dont know what to say about US Biometrics head and CDM head, kudos to them for all the great achievements that people are leaving coz of them, their sole objective is to shut India office down and grow their team which they will achieve soon. Lot more cons to write but feeling sick to write so many negatives so stopping here.

Pros

The benefits are great and some coworker are amazing.

Cons

• Extremely high turnover: During my tenure of over four years, the team experienced approximately 87% turnover, largely due to management challenges and lack of stability. • Lack of leadership consistency: I had four different managers within less than two years, which made it difficult to maintain continuity in expectations, professional development, and long-term career planning. • Limited advancement opportunities despite strong performance: Although promotions were repeatedly discussed during performance reviews, they never materialized. At the same time, my workload continued to increase significantly without appropriate title or compensation adjustments. • Unsustainable workload expectations: By the time I left the company, I was managing 17 projects simultaneously, including two new start-ups with extremely accelerated timelines. The typical implementation timeline for a single start-up is 8–12 weeks, yet these were expected to launch within 2–3 weeks, creating unrealistic expectations. • Excessive work hours and burnout: Due to the workload and compressed timelines, I was consistently working 60–70 hour weeks, leading to significant stress and burnout. • Management culture concerns: The management style I experienced was often unprofessional and included frequent negative discussions about colleagues during one-on-one meetings, which created a difficult and uncomfortable work environment. • Lack of meaningful recognition or compensation: Despite consistently taking on additional responsibilities and high project loads, recognition was often minimal and symbolic rather than aligned with the level of work being performed. They do not pay the going rate and are much lower!
