Always scared of the Teamleads who feel proud in Micromanaging their team members. Every weekly team meeting is like listening to "Hitler's Speech" Not so good in approving leaves."You will be penalized, punished are the words you would hear for permission towards personal leaves and sick leaves". Newly hired teamlead is extremely proud of the acquired position however lacks in basic people skills and shows negative attitude to team members.
