1.) To Improve communication skills. 2.) To be Night Rider 3.) To Learn how can you make money if you were in senior management.
Cons
1.) Injurious to Health as Night Shift. 2.) No Technical Advancement. 3.) Don't expect promotion if you are not good in relationship management. (Knowledge is secondary thing) 4.) Delay in making payments when you leave company. Sometimes they don't pay your salary even after 6 months you left the company.
