1) Opportunity depends on your luck not on your performance. 2) not all senior resources are helpful, They just pretend to help but they don't. 3) People are more into playing corporate games rather than learning and doing good stuff for the organization. 4) lacking architecture team. 5) If you are technology geek than it's not the right company for you. 6) admin and facility team take the advantage of the authority they don't understand situation, they just try to prove every employee wrong and themselves right.
