Pros
Chilled out atmosphere. Not intensive and family like atmosphere. Every is generally friendly. Low job turnover unless you something really bad.
Cons
Low compensation, no profit sharing, low job satisfaction. No room to move up within company very flat hierarchy. Most Indians working here which is fine, but they pay low salaries to americans as well because of this. Other EMR companies pay much higher. That is why I left. Vacation time is short - 10 days.
