Pros

IPM TEAM consists of Intergration Project Managers. This is the best team to work in eCW. Got to learn HL7 language, client and vendor co-ordination. Project handld by a IPM are 45-50. Pick and drop service. No waiting back. Medical cover for family. Incentives as per performance.

Cons

Work not distributed properly. If you get the concept and work without errors, more project will be in your bucket. Whereas if you cannot handle work then the project count would be limited to 20. Which is unfair to the individuals working hard. Appraisal is biased, favourism is done and people cost to Team Leads are given less amount of work. Additional privilage is given to individual who is close to Management.(Coming late and leaving early, giving flexible shift timings, extended breaks and many more) After you appraisal is done, you get the money and the letter after 4 to 5 months. Incentives are delayed by 1-2 months and to get incentives your score should be 100 which is difficult if you are working on challenging projects. Team Manager does not address the team for more than 6 months. Once you resign, this company turns brutal. They will make you feel that you are garbage in the organization. Notice period is 2 months but transition of work will be done during last week leaving the resource getting the work clueless. Quality and performance is way to stringent. IJP - This goes on for 6 months and then the management decides to cancel it. Waste of time of all candidates and the company.
